Burglary Worth ₹10 Lakh in Bharatpur’s Vimal Kunj, Police Seek Clues with Dog Squad

A major burglary was reported in Bharatpur’s Vimal Kunj Colony under Mathura Gate police station, where gold and silver jewelry worth around ₹10 lakh was stolen from a locked house. The homeowner’s mother had been away in Haridwar and returned to find the house ransacked and locks broken.

Ratan Sharma, the complainant, informed the police immediately. Law enforcement reached the scene and called in a dog squad to assist in tracking the culprits. The cupboards inside were found forced open and valuables missing.

CO Pankaj confirmed that a case has been registered, and search efforts have been intensified. The police are reviewing surveillance footage and working with local informants to trace the accused.
