Rajasthan ACB Trap: SDM Kajal Meena, Reader and UDC Arrested in Karauli

Karauli/Jaipur: In a major anti-corruption action, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has trapped Nadoti Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Kajal Meena while allegedly accepting a bribe. Along with her, the SDM’s reader Dinesh and UDC Praveen were also caught during the operation.

Bribe of ₹60,000 Leads to Trap

According to officials, the three accused were caught red-handed while taking ₹60,000 as a bribe. The amount was allegedly demanded in connection with a decision related to a land dispute case.

Illegal Cash Recovery Raises Concerns

During the action, ACB teams also recovered around ₹4 lakh, which is suspected to be part of the day’s незакон collection. The recovery has raised further questions about possible ongoing corrupt practices.

Operation Led by Senior Officials

The action was carried out under the supervision of ACB DIG Dr. Rameshwar Singh. ASP Gyansingh Choudhary executed the operation on the ground. The entire crackdown was conducted under the direction of DG Govind Gupta and ADG Smita Srivastava.
