Jaipur – Police forcibly took away Naresh Meena, who was on a hunger strike at the Martyr’s Memorial demanding justice for the victims of the Jhalawar school accident. Meena’s health continued to deteriorate as he continued his fast at the protest site. Police also faced protests from supporters. He has been admitted to SMS Hospital.

After his admission, Naresh Meena posted on social media that whether he is hospitalized or jailed, his struggle against injustice and the corrupt system will continue.

Meanwhile, former minister Pratap Singh Khachariyawas also visited the hospital to meet with Naresh Meena. He tweeted that he was prevented from fasting because the life of a person fighting for the common people is important.

Many reports circulated that Naresh Meena’s fast was broken, but he did not break it; he only drank water, as he had decided not to.
