Income Tax Department raids eunuch’s house, recovers cash and gold, what is the matter?

Social media Viral Video : Recently, a video is going viral on social media, claiming that the Income Tax Department raided a transgender person’s home. Lakhs of rupees in cash, silver utensils, and nearly 1.5 kilograms of gold were seized during the raid. This news has raised many questions: Where did a transgender person acquire such immense wealth?

The video shows some officials inside the house, and the surrounding movement of people is visible. Meanwhile, a transgender person’s voice can be heard in the background, saying,

“Some unknown people have entered my house and are taking away the money and jewelry I received as gifts.”

This statement has brought the matter into even greater discussion.

The transgender community and their sources of income

The transgender community traditionally accepts money from people as “neg,” or gifts, on weddings, births, and other auspicious occasions. This is their primary source of income. Transgender women are often invited to large events or to the homes of businessmen, where they are paid large sums of money. It’s entirely possible that they might have amassed cash or jewelry.

However, the Income Tax Department’s action is aimed at determining whether this money came from illegal sources or whether tax evasion has occurred.

What is the truth of the video?

At present, this viral video has not been confirmed by any official government statement. Nor has the Income Tax Department shared any details about the raid.
