Man Arrested for Rape and Blackmailing Woman in Hindaun City

Kotwali police in Hindaun City have arrested a man named Gopal from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, on charges of raping and blackmailing a woman. A reward of ₹2000 was announced for his arrest. The FIR was registered on April 23, where the victim stated that Gopal raped her and filmed obscene videos to blackmail her for money.

After the case was filed, police teams attempted to nab him, but he went absconding. With help from the cyber cell, police tracked his location and arrested him through a planned raid. The operation involved ASI Bachchu Singh, Dheeraj, Raviraj, Anil, Deepak, and Ravi. Interrogation is ongoing.
