US vs Iran News : Amid ongoing tensions in the Middle East, Iran has claimed that it fired cruise missiles toward the U.S. aircraft carrier USS Abraham Lincoln. The information was reported by Iranian state television. However, there has been no official confirmation from the United States so far.

No Independent Verification Yet

According to Iran’s military public relations department, the missiles were launched in the direction of the American carrier. Despite the claim, no independent sources have verified the incident, leaving the situation unclear.

Warning Issued Earlier

This development comes shortly after Iran had issued a direct warning to the U.S. Iranian Navy Commander Rear Admiral Shahram Irani had stated that the aircraft carrier was under constant surveillance and could be targeted if it entered Iran’s missile range.

Iran Questions U.S. Strength

Senior Iranian military officials have also criticized the United States’ global influence. Lieutenant Colonel Ebrahim Zolfaqari, spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, said that America’s so-called strategic strength is now turning into weakness.

Trump Softens Stance

Meanwhile, former U.S. President Donald Trump reportedly stepped back from his earlier 48-hour warning of possible strikes on Iranian power facilities. Reports suggest this shift came after Iran warned of retaliatory attacks on energy infrastructure across the region.

Conflicting Claims on Talks

While Trump claimed that there had been constructive discussions between the two sides in recent days, Iranian sources have denied any official talks. Officials in Tehran maintain that no formal negotiations have taken place.

Uncertainty Continues

With rising rhetoric and conflicting statements from both sides, the situation remains tense and uncertain. The world is closely watching how events unfold in the coming days as both military and diplomatic signals remain mixed.
