India vs West Indies 2nd Test 2025 :

India defeated West Indies by seven wickets in the second Test at the Feroz Shah Kotla ground in Delhi, clinching the two-match series 2-0. Chasing a modest target of 121, Team India secured victory by losing three wickets on the fifth day, delivering another impressive performance on home soil.
On the final day of the match, India resumed at 63/1. However, the early wickets of Sai Sudarshan (39) and captain Shubman Gill (13) gave West Indies some hope. However, veteran batsman KL Rahul took charge and scored an unbeaten 58. He hit six fours and two sixes, completing his 20th Test half-century. Wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel remained unbeaten on 6.

Earlier, India had declared their innings at 518 for five, batting strongly in the first innings. In reply, West Indies were bowled out for just 248. India enforced the follow-on after taking a 270-run lead. West Indies struggled to score 390 in the second innings, but India was set a modest target of 121 runs to win.

Team India achieved this target in 26.4 overs, losing only three wickets. With this victory, India completed a clean sweep of the Test series and further strengthened its unbeaten record in Delhi.
