Chloe Tryon: South African cricket’s leading all-rounder, Chloe Tryon, has established herself as an impressive player. Born on January 25, 1994, in Durban, she made her international debut for South Africa in 2010 at the age of 16. Notably, she is the first female player to take a wicket with her first ball in T20 International cricket.

Tryon has played three Tests, 110 ODIs, and 110 T20Is. Due to her impressive performances, Cricket South Africa awarded her a national contract in March 2018. In 2018, she was named in the South African squad for the 2018 ICC Women’s World Twenty20 tournament held in the West Indies. During this tournament, she also played her 50th T20I match for her team.

In September 2019, she was included in the Terblanche XI squad for the inaugural edition of the Women’s T20 Super League. Subsequently, in January 2020, she was appointed vice-captain of the South Africa team for the 2020 ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.
