Jaipur: When a crisis strikes and the world comes to a standstill, a few anonymous heroes stand tall on the frontlines, driven solely by the spirit of ‘Nation First’. Whether it was the harrowing 26/11 terror attacks or the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, the inspiring saga of these selfless workers (Karmayogis) has been powerfully depicted in the film ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhata’.

On Friday, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma attended a special screening of the movie in the state capital, offering profound tributes to the sacrifices and dedication of these unsung champions.

A Star-Studded Event with Kangana Ranaut and Diya Kumari

The special screening, hosted at the Entertainment Paradise (EP) Miraj Cinemas near Jawahar Circle, witnessed a vibrant convergence of politics and cinema. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma was joined by the film’s lead actress and newly elected Member of Parliament (MP), Kangana Ranaut.

Adding to the grandeur of the event, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari, MP Manju Sharma, and the film’s producers and directors were also in attendance. The audience was further enriched by a large gathering of nursing professionals and school-college students who came to watch the inspiring cinematic piece.

‘Nation First’ is the True Mark of an Ideal Citizen: CM

Sharing his thoughts after watching the film, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that the true identity of an ideal citizen lies in their sensitivity towards society and an unwavering commitment to the nation.

“The country has witnessed the selfless service of countless frontline workers during testing times, right from the 26/11 terror attacks to the devastating coronavirus pandemic,” the CM remarked. “Our security personnel, doctors, and nursing staff risked their own lives to set an unparalleled example of humanity. This film is a vivid and brilliant portrayal of their courage and sacrifice.”

Congratulating the filmmakers and the entire production team, the Chief Minister noted that such inspiring cinema plays a pivotal role in awakening a sense of social responsibility and patriotism among the youth. He urged the younger generation to actively step forward and contribute to social service and national development.

Real-Life Heroes Honored on Stage

The special event was not just a celebration of the heroes on the silver screen but also an acknowledgment of the real-life warriors off-screen. Recognizing their immense contributions to the healthcare sector, several nursing professionals were specially felicitated on stage for their unwavering dedication and exemplary service, which doubled the enthusiasm and pride of everyone present in the theater.
