Bengali social media influencer Sofik SK has finally responded after a private video allegedly featuring him went viral across platforms. The clip, said to be around 15 minutes long, has already been viewed by more than three lakh users, creating massive online controversy.

Influencer Claims Close Friend Leaked the Video

Speaking to the media, Sofik’s female friend claimed that the viral video was leaked intentionally by someone they trusted. She said:

“A close friend stole the video and circulated it online. Because of this, people around us are speaking horribly. I’m even having suicidal thoughts. If anything happens to me, the entire responsibility will lie on Rubel — he was blackmailing us earlier, and when we started working elsewhere, he leaked the clip.”

She further added that the video is over a year and a half old and was shared without their consent.

Sofik Requests People to Stop Sharing the Video

Sofik posted a brief statement appealing to the public:

“I request everyone, please do not spread this any further.”

He emphasized that the matter concerns his personal life and its circulation is deeply affecting his loved ones.
