As the video went viral, social media platforms were flooded with messages and posts containing links to the supposed “original MMS.” It later emerged that clicking on these links redirected users to dangerous websites, increasing the risk of online fraud and data theft.
Alina Breaks Her Silence After a Week
Amidst the rampant rumors, Alina Amir finally addressed the issue about a week later, releasing a video on Instagram. She categorically stated that the video circulating on social media was completely fake and a deepfake created using artificial intelligence.

Alina emotionally stated that the woman in the viral video was not her and that such content was damaging her reputation. She appealed to people not to share such videos and posts without verifying their authenticity.
Demands Action from Government and Cybercrime Authorities
In her message, Alina urged Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz to take strict action against those spreading the deepfake video. She also appreciated the role of the Punjab Cybercrime Department, stating that the administration was taking the matter seriously.
Not Just Influencers, Ordinary People Also Targeted
According to Alina, deepfake attacks are not limited to social media personalities. Such fake videos are also being sent to ordinary people and their families, causing mental stress and emotional distress.
No Real MMS Exists
The influencer unequivocally stated that no real or authentic MMS video involving her exists. All links claiming to show the “full video” are false and misleading.
