‘Save the Constitution’ Rally Held in Karauli, Congress Leaders Urge Unity

In accordance with the Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee’s directives, a “Save the Constitution” rally was held in Karauli at the Bhanwar Vilas Marriage Garden on Mandrayal Road. The event witnessed participation from a large number of Congress workers and local citizens.

District Coordinator K.C. Meena accused the ruling BJP government of weakening the Constitution. He emphasized that unity among citizens is crucial to remove such a government and preserve democratic values.

Former MLA Lakhan Singh Katkar highlighted the significance of the Constitution, stating that it empowers marginalized communities, including Dalits and backward classes, to live with dignity.

The rally also featured speeches by Karauli Assembly in-charge Himmat Singh Choudhary, PCC Secretary Bhupendra Bhardwaj, and District Congress President Shivraj Meena. Block presidents Ramgopal and Ramdayal were also present and addressed the gathering.

All speakers called for collective efforts to safeguard democratic institutions and asserted that the Constitution is the foundation of India’s progress. The rally saw enthusiastic participation from youth and women as well.
