A Moment of Immense Pride for Rajasthan: CM Bhajanlal Sharma

Addressing the senior bureaucrats and departmental heads during the review meeting, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that the commencement of the Pachpadra Refinery is a matter of absolute pride for the entire state. As the largest industrial project in Rajasthan and India’s very first greenfield integrated refinery-cum-petrochemical complex, its launch marks a massive leap forward for regional growth, employment, and economic self-reliance.

The Chief Minister noted that an event of such national magnitude demands flawless execution. He explicitly instructed officials to ensure that the public assembly venue is equipped with top-quality arrangements, leaving absolutely no room for administrative negligence or logistical delays.

Rigorous Focus on Public Amenities and Logistics

With thousands of citizens and dignitaries expected to attend the mega event in Barmer (Balotra), the Chief Minister placed heavy emphasis on ground-level infrastructure and crowd management. He directed the local administration and police departments to design an efficient parking plan to prevent any traffic congestion on the highways leading to the venue.

Furthermore, keeping the weather conditions in mind, the Chief Minister mandated that high-quality arrangements for shade, continuous clean drinking water, proper seating layouts, and fully equipped medical camps with emergency response teams must be stationed at the venue. He reiterated that public comfort and safety remain the topmost priorities of the state government during this high-profile VVIP visit.

Seamless Digital Infrastructure for Statewide Engagement

To make the inauguration a truly inclusive celebration across Rajasthan, the state government is planning a massive digital outreach. The entire program will be live-streamed across the state, allowing citizens from remote corners to witness the historic launch.

Chief Minister Sharma directed technical teams to thoroughly test internet bandwidth and connectivity links well in advance. He ordered that all video-conferencing facilities and live-screening venues across all Gram Panchayats, urban municipalities, and district collectorates be technically optimized and fully operational before the Prime Minister’s arrival.

The high-level review meeting at the CMO was attended by Chief Secretary Mr. V. Srinivas and several other senior administrative and police officials. Additionally, senior executives from the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) joined the session via video conferencing from Balotra, presenting a comprehensive progress layout and operational briefing regarding the upcoming inauguration.
