JAIPUR: Highlighting the profound benefits of ancient Indian practices, Rajasthan’s Deputy Chief Minister and Ayush Minister, Dr. Premchand Bairwa, has strongly urged the people of the state to adopt yoga as an essential part of their daily routine. He emphasized that yoga is not merely a tool for physical fitness, but a highly effective practice for leading a balanced, positive, and disciplined life.

He further added that incorporating yoga into a daily routine significantly strengthens mental peace, sharpens concentration, and boosts overall self-confidence.

With International Yoga Day approaching, the Deputy Chief Minister called upon the citizens of Rajasthan to turn this ancient discipline into a massive public movement (Jan Andolan). He requested maximum public participation in the state-level programs organized to mark the occasion.

Dr. Bairwa concluded by delivering a strong message: “The practice of yoga should not be restricted or limited to just one celebratory day. Instead, it must be embraced as the permanent foundation of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.”
