Through this energetic rally, a strong message of “Water is Life” and the urgent need to save every drop was delivered to the city’s residents.

An Impactful March from Circuit House to Collectorate

The awareness cycle rally commenced at 9:50 AM on Sunday morning from the Karauli Circuit House and concluded at the District Collectorate, passing through the city’s main thoroughfares. This purposeful event was chaired by Shri Rajendra Kumar Nayak, Chairman of the Scheduled Caste Finance and Development Commission. Under his leadership, the rally successfully drew public attention to the critical issues of environmental protection and the looming water crisis.

Active Participation by Current and Former MLAs

To ensure the success of this water harvesting initiative, local public representatives participated enthusiastically. The event was graced by the presence of Current MLA of Karauli, Shri Darshan Gurjar, and Former MLA Smt. Rajkumari Jatav. Leading by example, they rode bicycles alongside the crowd, not only boosting the morale of the participants but also appealing to the local public to actively join this mega-campaign for water conservation.
