Rajasthan Agriculture Minister Kirodi Lal Meena launched a scathing attack on Congress leader Govind Singh Dotasara over the action taken against fake fertilizers and seeds. He said, “If you speak against farmers, I will take away their papers, I am a doctor and know how to do surgery.”
