Revenue Generation and Lease Structure
This e-bidding drive serves a dual purpose—supporting industries while generating steady revenue for the state exchequer.
- Total Land Area: The 15 allocated plots span a cumulative area of approximately 9 acres.
- Annual Rental Income: RIICO will generate an annual rental revenue of approximately ₹2.28 crore (₹228 lakh) from these leases.
- Lease Tenure: The plots have been allotted for a primary lease period of 15 years, with a provision for a 10-year extension based on regulatory compliance and performance.
