Sharing the trailer on Instagram, Rakul Preet Singh teased fans, saying, “From May 15th, Prajapati Pandey is creating chaos… Who is the wife? Who is the ‘other’ woman? All questions will be answered… Watch it with your family!”

Evolution of the Franchise

The journey of this franchise began with the 1978 classic of the same name. In 2019, a modern remake starring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday became a box-office success. Interestingly, while the 2019 version featured Ayushmannโ€™s brother, Aparshakti Khurrana, this sequel now brings Ayushmann himself into the lead, under the seasoned direction of Mudassar Aziz.
