Bairwa questioned whether the credibility of a reputed officer should be determined merely on the basis of a single complaint. He emphasized that treating someone as guilty before a proper investigation not only harms the individual’s reputation but also weakens institutional trust.

According to him, the image of any citizen or official should be based on evidence and verified facts, not assumptions or one-sided allegations.
