Karauli: Panchayat Samiti member Manoj Singh Jadaun submitted a memorandum to the SDM, demanding Anti-Snake Venom injections

Mandrayal (Karauli): Manoj Singh Jadaun, the Panchayat Samiti member from Ward No. 9 of Mandrayal, submitted a memorandum to the SDM of Mandrayal addressed to the District Collector. In the memorandum, he demanded the availability of Anti-Snake Venom (ASV) injections at every CHC/PHC in the Mandrayal tehsil.

Anti-Snake Venom (ASV) injections are administered in cases of poisonous snake bites. Currently, during the monsoon season, snakes are coming out of their burrows onto the ground, leading to an increase in snakebite incidents. Several lives have already been lost due to snake bites.

Manoj Singh Jadaun stated that when someone in the rural areas of Mandrayal is bitten by a snake, the victim has to travel several kilometers to Karauli to get the ASV injection, which can be life-threatening. If ASV injections are made available at CHCs and PHCs, timely treatment can be provided in case of snake bites.

On this occasion, Pankaj Sharma, Radheshyam Meena, Virendra Mali, and Mohar Singh were also present.
