Jaipur. In a massive boost for government job aspirants in Rajasthan, the state government has fulfilled its budget promise by initiating a major recruitment drive in the energy sector. The Rajasthan State Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL) has officially released the recruitment advertisement for a total of 2,005 direct vacancies across various cadres in the state’s five government-owned power corporations. The online application process is scheduled to commence in July 2026, allowing eligible candidates to apply through the official departmental portals.

Minister of State for Energy (Independent Charge), Mr. Heeralal Nagar, expressed immense satisfaction with the rollout, stating that the state government remains firmly committed to providing timely employment opportunities for the youth while strengthening the workforce. He emphasized that this recruitment drive is a vital step toward reinforcing and modernizing the state’s power infrastructure. The addition of new technical and administrative personnel is expected to significantly improve the efficiency of power distribution, fault rectifications, and consumer grievance redressal.

Detailed Post-Wise Break-up of 2,005 Vacancies

According to the official advertisement, the recruitment drive covers both technical engineering positions and administrative/clerical roles. The 2,005 total vacancies are systematically divided into the following categories:

Junior Engineer – Electrical (JEN): 727 posts

Junior Engineer – Mechanical (JEN): 110 posts

Junior Engineer – Civil (JEN): 32 posts

Junior Accountant: 371 posts

Junior Assistant / Commercial Assistant-II: 765 posts

The deployment of these new professionals will directly address the long-standing personnel shortage across the power utilities. This expansion is designed to accelerate operational tasks, streamline revenue billing management, and minimize technical breakdowns in both urban networks and rural distribution blocks.

Appointments Across 5 State Power Corporations

Energy Minister Mr. Heeralal Nagar clarified that the recruitment process is being centrally managed for all the state power utilities. Successfully selected candidates will be allocated positions based on their examination merit and institutional preferences across the following five power companies:

Rajasthan State Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUN)

Rajasthan State Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RVPN)

Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL)

Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL)

Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JdVVNL)

Fast-Track Execution: New Advertisement Follows Immediate Postings

The Rajasthan government is operating in a swift, action-oriented mode regarding public employment. In a notable display of administrative efficiency, the department declared the final results for 2,163 positions of Technician-III just two days prior, on June 22.

Following up immediately, the official appointment orders for those selected technicians were issued today, June 24. Without losing any momentum, the department instantly rolled out this brand-new advertisement for the next 2,005 vacant seats, ensuring a continuous stream of opportunities for the state’s educated youth.

List of Official Websites to Apply Online

Once the online registration links are activated in July 2026, interested and qualified candidates can log on to any of the following authorized government websites to access the detailed syllabus, eligibility criteria, and submit their digital application forms:

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in/rrvun

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in/rrvpn

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in/jvvnl

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in/jdvvnl

www.energy.rajasthan.gov.in/avvnl

Conclusion

This direct recruitment drive for 2,005 positions in the electricity corporations serves as an exceptional gateway for engineering graduates, commerce students, and general graduates aiming for stable clerical or accounting careers. Given that the examination standards and syllabus follow the rigorous benchmarks of the power sector, candidates are highly advised not to wait for the registration window to open in July and instead begin their structured competitive preparations immediately. Ensuring that essential documents like academic transcripts, caste certificates, and domicile proofs are updated beforehand will guarantee a seamless application process.

Ajmer/Jaipur. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has provided significant relief to candidates of the ‘Lecturer & Coach (Secondary Education Department) Competitive Exam-2025’. The Commission has offered another opportunity for candidates who were unable to register objections against the model answer keys due to technical glitches. Candidates can now submit their online objections for the seven designated subjects again.

According to the Chief Exam Controller, Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, many candidates had reported being unable to register their objections during the previous window due to technical errors. Considering the best interests of the students, the Commission decided to reopen the link. Under the new arrangement, the link for submitting objections will be active from June 24 until midnight on June 26. Detailed guidelines have been issued on the Commission’s official website.

Link Reopened for Seven Subjects

The Group-B examinations were held from June 3 to 5. Subsequently, model answer keys for General Knowledge & General Studies (Group-B), Political Science, Geography, Biology, Sanskrit, Physics, and Mathematics were released on June 15, with objections invited between June 17 and 19. Candidates who could not voice their concerns due to server or technical issues can now avail of this opportunity. Please note that candidates who have already successfully registered their objections need not apply again for the same questions.

Fee of ₹100 per Question: Process Explained

To register an objection, candidates must log in through their SSO ID and access the Recruitment Portal. Objections can be submitted by clicking on the link provided there.

The Commission has fixed an objection fee of ₹100 per question (excluding additional E-Mitra service charges).

Payments can be made via E-Mitra kiosks or through one’s own online payment gateway.

Objections without payment will be summarily rejected. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

It is mandatory to attach evidence from authentic/standard books to support the objections. Furthermore, objections from individuals who did not appear for the exam will not be accepted.

Important Information for Candidates of Remaining 10 Subjects of Group-B

The Commission has clarified that objections for the remaining Group-B subjects—Sociology, Economics, Music, Painting, Urdu, Punjabi, Agriculture, Public Administration, Home Science, and Rajasthani—will be invited separately in the near future. However, candidates for these 10 subjects are also being given this final opportunity to raise objections specifically regarding the ‘General Knowledge & General Studies’ paper. The link for the General Knowledge paper will not be reopened for these candidates in the future.

Assistance for Technical Difficulties

If candidates encounter any technical difficulties while registering their objections, they can contact the Commission’s helpdesk via email at recruitmenthelpdesk@rajasthan.gov.in. For prompt resolution, they may also contact the helpline numbers 9352323625 and 7340557555.

Conclusion

This additional window to submit objections against the RPSC Lecturer & Coach Exam 2025 answer keys is a crucial development for thousands of candidates. By acknowledging technical flaws and acting promptly, the Commission has taken a positive step toward ensuring a transparent examination system. Candidates are advised to submit their objections with authentic evidence and the prescribed fee well before the deadline, without waiting for the final moments.

Jaipur. In a major relief for the youth preparing for government jobs in the state, the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RVUNL) has declared the final result for the recruitment of 2073 ‘Technician-III’ (ITI) posts across various state electricity corporations. The results were officially uploaded on the corporation’s website on Monday.

Under this recruitment drive, candidates holding ITI qualifications in trades such as Electrician, Power Electrician, Wireman, Lineman, and SBA have been selected. The administration has proactively informed all successful candidates by sending SMS alerts to their registered mobile numbers.

It is worth noting that the final results for Group-II, Group-III, and Group-IV had already been released by the department. Now, the list of successful candidates for Group-I (Technician) has also been published. Appointment orders for the selected candidates will be issued separately by their respective electricity corporations.

2,434 Posts Filled in Record Time

On this occasion, Minister of State for Energy (Independent Charge) Mr. Hiralal Nagar stated that the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, is committed to providing maximum employment to the youth in a transparent manner. Keeping this goal in mind, the recruitment process in the electricity corporations was significantly accelerated.

The Energy Minister informed that the department has successfully completed the selection process for a total of 2,434 posts in a very short span. This includes 271 posts for engineers and 2,163 posts for Technician-III (ITI), Operator-III (ITI), and Plant Attendant-III (ITI).

Corporation-wise Breakdown of 2,163 Technician Posts:

Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JdVVNL): 912 posts

Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL): 603 posts

Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL): 498 posts

Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RVUNL): 150 posts

The Journey from Exams to Document Verification

The online preliminary examination for this recruitment was conducted last year from November 24 to 27, witnessing participation from 1,06,770 candidates. Following this, the main examination was held on February 23, 2026.

Candidates who cleared the main exams were called for document verification in Jaipur between April 1 and April 17, and on April 23. The department had shortlisted a total of 4,676 candidates for the verification process. This included 4,501 from Group-I, 63 from Group-II, 51 from Group-III, and 61 from Group-IV. Out of these, 2,073 candidates have been finally selected.

Recruitment for 2,005 New Posts to Begin This Month

Bringing more good news for the youth, Energy Minister Hiralal Nagar announced that new employment opportunities are being created in the state’s electricity sector. In line with this, the recruitment process for 2,005 new vacancies—including Junior Engineer, Junior Accountant, and Junior Assistant/Commercial Assistant-II—will commence later this month (June).

Conclusion

The release of the final results for the technician posts by the Rajasthan Vidyut Nigam is a testament to the state government’s rapid employment policy. While 2,073 families celebrate securing government jobs, the announcement of 2,005 new vacancies clearly indicates the administration’s serious and continuous commitment to providing career opportunities for the youth of the state.

New Delhi: The issue of NEET aspirants dying by suicide due to the paper leak controversy and the resulting mental distress is intensifying across the country. The satirical youth group ‘Cockroach Janta Party‘ has taken a firm stand on this tragedy, demanding compensation for the victim’s families and the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

This demand is gaining significant traction on social media, with many citizens calling for immediate accountability from the government.

Abhijeet Dipke’s ‘Open Letter’ to the Prime Minister

On the social media platform ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), Abhijeet Dipke shared an ‘Open Letter’ directly appealing to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take cognizance of the matter. He wrote:

Key Highlights of the Report

Demand for ₹1 Crore Compensation: The Cockroach Janta Party has demanded that the government provide ₹1 crore in financial assistance to the family of every student who lost their life due to the stress caused by the paper leak.

Resignation of Education Minister: Holding the Ministry of Education responsible for the systemic failure, the group has demanded the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

Death Toll of 11 Students: Media reports confirm that at least 11 NEET aspirants have died by suicide across states like Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh.

Stress of Re-exams: Families allege that their children had spent years preparing for the exam, but could not withstand the sudden mental pressure created by the paper leak and the re-examination scheduled for June 21.

Peaceful Rally at Jantar Mantar on June 20

To seek justice for the students and bring their demands to the national stage, the Cockroach Janta Party has called for a peaceful rally at Jantar Mantar in Delhi on June 20. The rally is expected to see participation from students, parents, and activists from across the country.

Stance of Police and Critics

While the youth organization holds the failure of the examination system directly responsible for these deaths:

Police Investigation: The police are investigating these cases individually and have not officially linked these suicides directly to the ‘paper leak.’

Questions by Critics: Some critics are questioning the motives of the satirical group, suggesting that this sensitive issue might be used merely to gain attention.

This entire episode has transcended the boundaries of a simple examination irregularity and has become a major national question regarding student mental health and systemic accountability. It remains to be seen how the government responds to this protest and the growing demands.

The Indian government has temporarily banned the Telegram messaging app to prevent cheating and paper leaks ahead of the NEET UG retest. The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology blocked access to the app across India until June 22 following a strict request from the National Testing Agency.

Authorities took this strong action because organized cheating networks were using Telegram channels to spread fake question papers and demand massive sums of money from anxious students. Officials also ordered the platform to completely disable its message editing feature until June 30. Fraudsters were heavily misusing this tool to alter old messages with real question papers after the exam to create false proof of early leaks.

The testing agency clarified that no real papers are available outside the secure system and urged all candidates to focus on their studies. While acknowledging the temporary inconvenience caused to normal users, the government stated this emergency measure is vital to protect the medical entrance exam.

NEW DELHI: Here is excellent news for candidates aspiring to teach in Kendriya Vidyalayas. The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) has launched a new, centralized online platform called the “KVS Samvida Sathi Portal” for the recruitment of contractual and temporary staff for the 2026-27 academic session. Through this portal, KVS is inviting applications for various teaching and non-teaching posts, including PGT, TGT, PRT, Computer Instructors, Counselors, and Sports Coaches across India.

Gone are the days when candidates had to visit individual school websites to find vacancies and fill out separate offline forms. Under this newly introduced system, applicants can create a single online profile to apply for walk-in interviews at multiple Kendriya Vidyalayas. Read on to explore the complete details regarding eligibility criteria, age limits, the selection process, and step-by-step application instructions.

Key Highlights of this News:

Centralized Portal: KVS introduces the ‘Samvida Sathi’ portal for hassle-free, single-profile registration for contractual hiring.

Multiple Job Roles: Vacancies are open for PGT, TGT, PRT, Special Educators, Counselors, and Computer Instructors.

Direct Selection: No written examinations will be conducted; selection is strictly based on walk-in interviews and document verification.

What is the KVS Samvida Sathi Portal and Its Benefits?

Previously, applicants had to track individual KV websites for contractual vacancy advertisements, making the process lengthy and tedious. To streamline this, the KVS IT Service Cell developed the ‘Samvida Sathi Portal’.

Major benefits include:

Single Profile Creation: Candidates only need to register and enter their educational and professional details once.

Ease of Application: Applicants can use this single profile to apply for contractual vacancies in up to three preferred Kendriya Vidyalayas.

Efficient Hiring for Schools: School administrations can quickly access the database of registered candidates and invite qualified individuals for walk-in interviews whenever a vacancy arises.

Age Limit and Eligibility Criteria

According to the official KVS guidelines, candidates applying for contractual teaching positions must be at least 18 years old. To accommodate experienced educators, the maximum age limit is capped at 65 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC, and PwD) will be applicable as per standard government norms.

Educational Qualifications Required

The academic requirements vary depending on the specific post applied for:

Computer Instructor: Candidates must hold a B.Tech / BCA / MCA / PGDCA degree, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science.

Selection Process: No Written Exam

The recruitment process for contractual staff is entirely transparent and direct. Candidates will not be required to clear any written examination.
