Panic spread in Jaipur on Thursday morning after a young man’s body was found near the railway track close to Dhankya station. Initial investigation by GRP suggests the youth died after being hit by a train, with the impact throwing his body several feet away. His face was badly damaged, making identification difficult.
The station master alerted the GRP police after spotting the body. Police arrived, gathered evidence, and sent the body to the hospital mortuary for postmortem.
The deceased is estimated to be around 25 years old, dusky in complexion, with a tattoo on the left side of his chest. He was wearing blue jeans and a brown printed shirt. Efforts are ongoing to identify the deceased. Authorities have urged the public to come forward with any relevant information.
