ARO (Plant Pathology) Recruitment-2024: 12 Candidates Shortlisted for Eligibility Check; Detailed Application Window Opens May 16

The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released a significant update for candidates of the Agriculture Research Officer (Plant Pathology) Recruitment-2024. The commission has published the provisional list of candidates shortlisted for document verification.

Here is the detailed information regarding the result and the subsequent process:

Overview of the Provisional List

Based on the examinations conducted on October 12 and October 16, 2025, 12 candidates have been provisionally included in the list for eligibility checking.

• Purpose: This list is strictly for document verification purposes to ensure the candidacy of the applicants.
• Final Selection: This is not the final merit list. The final list of successful candidates will be issued by the RPSC only after the physical verification of documents is completed by the Department of Agriculture.

Detailed Application Form (DAF) Process

All provisionally selected candidates are required to fill out their Detailed Application Form (DAF) online via the recruitment portal.

• Online Window: From May 16 to May 22, 2026 (until 11:59 PM).
• How to Apply: Log in to your SSO ID, navigate to the ‘Recruitment Portal’, and select ‘My Recruitment > Detailed Form cum Scrutiny > Apply Now’.

Steps for Document Verification

1. Online Submission: Complete and submit the DAF online within the specified dates.
2. Print Copies: After submission, use the print option to take two sets (02 copies) of the entire detailed application form.
3. Preparation: Keep these printed sets along with original documents and a set of self-attested photocopies ready.
4. Attendance: You must appear at the date, time, and venue specified by the Department of Agriculture for physical verification.

Important Notes for Candidates

• Communication: The Department of Agriculture will communicate the schedule for document verification. RPSC will not send separate individual notifications regarding the verification dates.
• Mandatory Presence: Failure to appear for document verification on the scheduled date will result in the candidate being declared ineligible, and they will not be considered for the final result.
• Final Recommendation: Once the department completes the verification and sends the list of eligible candidates back to the commission, RPSC will release the final results and recommend names for appointment.
