Srinivas, the meeting included detailed discussions with the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) from the Union Ministry of Finance, Mrs. TCA Kalyani, regarding PFMS-IFMS and various financial governance systems.

To modernize financial monitoring and ensure the effective implementation of schemes, the state will develop an AI-based dashboard.

2. Establishment of ICAS Academy in Jaipur

In a major boost to the state’s administrative and academic infrastructure, the Chief Secretary announced that suitable land will be identified in Jaipur to establish a new Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) Academy. This facility will serve as a premier center for training and professional development.

3. Strengthening PFMS & Capacity Building
