- Action Against Absenteeism: He ordered immediate disciplinary action against employees found absent from their duties without prior authorization.
- File Management: Instructions were given for the proper maintenance and storage of files. Bundles of old records are to be systematically moved to the record room.
- Transparency & Identification: Every office room must clearly display the name and designation of the officer, along with the specific section name, outside the door.

- Excise Laboratory: He directed that the stock of sample bottles received must be disposed of according to established legal procedures.
