Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma visited Sumerpur in Pali district on Saturday, June 20, to inspect the ‘Gramin Seva Shivir’ (Rural Service Camp) organized at the Government Senior Secondary School in Netra village. During his visit, the Chief Minister inspected various departmental stalls, interacted directly with the beneficiaries, and gathered ground-level feedback regarding the administrative arrangements.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the state government is committed to delivering the benefits of welfare schemes directly to every section of society, including farmers, laborers, the poor, women, and the differently-abled. To save the general public from making unnecessary rounds of government offices, rural and urban service camps are being organized across the state. Through these initiatives, eligible individuals are receiving their rightful benefits right at their doorsteps.

Resolving Document Errors for Farmers’ Benefits

A major focus of these camps is the correction of official documents. Highlighting the importance of this service, the Chief Minister shared a practical example. He mentioned a farmer whose name was recorded as ‘Oat Singh’ in the land revenue records (Jamabandi) but appeared as ‘Arjun Singh’ in his educational and other official documents. Due to this minor name discrepancy, the farmer was deprived of financial assistance under the ‘PM Kisan Samman Nidhi’. The camp successfully rectified his name, paving the way for him to receive the scheme’s benefits without further hurdles.

Key Services Offered at the Camps

According to officials, several pending administrative tasks are being swiftly resolved at these venues. People are getting their land mutations processed, pathway disputes settled, National Food Security Act (NFSA) issues addressed, and physical verification of pensions completed on the spot.

Additionally, the agriculture department is assisting farmers by offering soil testing facilities and providing free seed minikits along with fruit-bearing saplings. The medical and animal husbandry departments are also actively participating, providing health check-ups and treatments for both locals and their livestock. The Chief Minister urged the villagers to actively participate and take maximum advantage of these ongoing welfare camps.

Land Deeds Distributed to the Needy

During the inspection, CM Sharma personally handed over residential land deeds (Pattas) to identified eligible and needy individuals. He distributed Pattas to Hajaram, Bhairaram, and Mangilal, who belong to the denotified, nomadic, and semi-nomadic communities. Furthermore, Aju Devi received a certificate for the regularization of her old house, while Kapuraram was handed a land deed allocated at a concessional rate.

Conclusion: The Chief Minister’s visit underscores the administration’s proactive approach to reaching the public directly. The event witnessed a massive gathering of villagers and was attended by prominent leaders, including Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Jora Ram Kumawat, Minister of State for Urban Development and Local Self Government (Independent Charge) Jhabar Singh Kharra, MP Madan Rathore, MLAs Pushpendra Singh and Kesaram Choudhary, along with various senior administrative officials.

Jaipur / Pali / Rajasthan – The inauguration ceremony for the newly constructed Government Veterinary Hospital building in Bar town of Pali district was held on Thursday. The chief guest was Mr. Avinash Gehlot, Cabinet Minister of the Rajasthan Government, and Mr. Joraram Kumawat, Minister of Animal Husbandry, Dairying, and Animal Husbandry, was the special guest. The ministers jointly inaugurated the veterinary hospital building by cutting the ribbon.

Addressing the event, Cabinet Minister Mr. Avinash Gehlot said that animal husbandry is a strong foundation of Rajasthan’s rural economy. Millions of families in the state are engaged in animal husbandry, and their livelihoods are directly dependent on livestock. Therefore, the need for veterinary hospitals equipped with modern facilities for animal treatment is crucial.

He said that the opening of this new building in Bar will provide relief to animal husbandry farmers in many surrounding villages, and they will no longer have to travel to distant towns for animal treatment. Minister Mr. Gehlot said that the generous contributions made by philanthropists for Bar village are an inspiration for the entire region.

The construction of the veterinary hospital building was made possible by the generous spirit and social responsibility of philanthropists. This building will not only be a structure, but will also serve as a center of trust and service for the livestock farmers of Bar village.

The philanthropists, without any selfish motive, prioritized public interest and understood the village’s needs. Their contribution has provided Bar village with a permanent facility that will serve livestock farmers and villagers for years to come. This veterinary hospital is not just a building, but a symbol of the livestock farmers’ trust and the government’s commitment.

Pali District, Rajasthan – Under the direction of Bhagirath, Deputy Director of the Women’s Empowerment Department, a workshop was organized on Friday at the Government Higher Secondary School, Jawadia (Pali), as part of the 100-day special awareness campaign for gender sensitization and the “Child Marriage Free India” campaign.

The program aimed to make students aware of violence against women, its ill effects, and the dangers of child marriage. At the workshop, Gender Specialist Rajshree from the District Hub for Empowerment of Women elaborated on the types, causes, and serious consequences of violence against women at various stages of life.
