Governor Haribhau Bagde Urges IAS Trainee Officers to Work with Sensitivity Towards Common People

Haribhau Bagde interacted with trainee officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) 2025 batch at Lok Bhavan in Jaipur on Thursday. During the meeting, the Governor emphasized that public service should always focus on the welfare of ordinary citizens and the effective resolution of their problems.

Congratulating the trainee officers, he said administrative officials must remain sensitive towards the needs of the people and work with dedication for the upliftment of the poor, underprivileged, and marginalized sections of society. He highlighted that the true purpose of governance is to ensure that government schemes and development initiatives reach even the last person in the queue.

The Governor also encouraged the officers to take active interest in implementing welfare schemes, development programs, and public policies introduced by both the Central and State Governments. He stated that responsible and compassionate administration plays a vital role in bringing positive change to society.

During the interaction, Shreya Guha, Director General of Harish Chandra Mathur State Institute of Public Administration, and Dr. Prithvi were also present.
