JECRC University and Foundation Campus hosted a two-day faculty development program ‘Transpire’, as part of its annual student grooming initiative. The goal was to train faculty members in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) methodologies—helping them guide students effectively for the competitive corporate world.
The event began with motivational addresses from the university’s senior leadership. On the dais were Director Mr. Amit Agarwal, Mr. Arpit Agarwal, Principal Dr. V.K. Chandna, Placement Head Mr. Mukt Bihari, Training Head Major General T.K. Das, and Mr. Mukesh Agarwal. They emphasized the institution’s mission and the purpose of the training.
Director Mr. Amit Agarwal said, “Transpire reflects our commitment to go beyond academics. At JECRC, we aim to shape students into industry-ready professionals through structured, innovative training.”
Expert-Led Training Sessions
Renowned trainers Mr. Naveen Thapliyal and Ms. Rita Bisht led the CRT sessions. Mr. Thapliyal, who has trained faculty at over 300 institutes across India, praised JECRC’s preparedness and professional framework as unmatched in his experience.
