bihar Assembly election news : The Mahua seat in Vaishali district has become a hot topic of discussion in the Bihar Assembly elections. Tej Pratap Yadav had already announced his candidacy from Mahua, and on Saturday, he arrived in the Mahua constituency. During this, he launched a scathing attack on the area’s RJD MLA, Mukesh Roshan.

Tej Pratap lifted a piece of gravel from a dilapidated road in Mahua to demonstrate that the MLA hadn’t carried out any development work in the area. He also accused Mukesh Roshan of looting in the name of Mahua’s development. Tej Pratap then called the MLA “useless” and said that this time the public would defeat him.

Tej Pratap Yadav said on this occasion,

“You said that if the MLA doesn’t apologize, I’ll go on a hunger strike. Let’s see what the MLA apologizes for, but the public will definitely punish him. The people of Mahua want me. You can conduct an opinion poll; even non-political people are liking me. Mahua is not anyone’s ancestral seat.”

Tej Pratap also announced that if he wins the election from Mahua, he will establish an engineering college there. He also recalled that when he was previously the MLA from Mahua and the Health Minister, he had worked to establish a medical college in Mahua.

It should be noted that Tej Pratap Yadav is currently the MLA from Hasanpur constituency in Samastipur. He previously served as the MLA from Mahua. After being expelled from his party and family, Tej Pratap announced his intention to contest from Mahua. Currently, RJD’s Mukesh Roshan is the MLA from Mahua. It will be interesting to see what strategy the RJD adopts for this seat, as both Tej Pratap and his party are serious about this seat.
