Key Services Offered at the Camps

These service camps provide on-the-spot solutions for pending matters related to urban bodies, such as land leases (pattas), subdivision, restructuring, land-use conversion, mutation (namantaran), and building construction approvals. Additionally, important services like birth, death, and marriage registration, fire NOCs, trade licenses, sewer connections, and EWS certificates are being provided under one roof.

Special attention is also being given to municipal services, including sanitation, road repairs, pothole filling (patchwork), street light repairs, cleaning of drains and sewer lines, beautification of public spaces, and the management of stray animals. Eligible individuals are also receiving benefits from flagship schemes, including pension plans, the Chief Minister’s Free Electricity Scheme, PM SVANidhi, Jan Dhan, and other social security programs.

The district administration has appealed to citizens to reach their respective ward camps on time. Facilities such as help desks, E-Mitra services, and drinking water arrangements have been ensured for the convenience of the public. The high-level meeting, chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa, featured comprehensive and positive discussions on important land allocation proposals concerning major cities, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Udaipur. The primary objective is to allocate land at concessional rates for establishing public interest initiatives, higher education institutions, healthcare facilities, social welfare projects, and industrial centers.

The meeting was attended by key state officials, including Medical and Health Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh, Education Minister Mr. Madan Dilawar, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Mr. Avinash Gehlot, and Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing (Independent Charge) Mr. Jhabar Singh Kharra, along with senior bureaucrats from the respective departments.

Prioritizing Public Interest and Social Welfare

During the meeting, the committee meticulously reviewed various points related to the expansion of education, health, social welfare, and urban infrastructure. The sub-committee directed officials to ensure necessary actions are taken promptly for eligible cases as per the rules. A consensus was reached to prioritize land allocation cases for institutions associated with educational and social causes.

Focus on Healthcare Expansion and Government Schemes

Placing a strong emphasis on the healthcare sector, the committee reviewed proposals aimed at expanding specialized medical facilities and providing better treatment options to the general public. The committee issued strict instructions to institutions benefiting from the state government to ensure that the maximum benefits of public welfare schemes reach the citizens. Furthermore, directives were given for the effective implementation of state-backed medical assistance programs like the ‘Maa’ and ‘RGHS’ schemes in these health institutions.

Directives for Urban Development and Transparent Taxation

On the front of urban development and citizen amenities, the committee held positive discussions on providing relief to industrial and trade organizations. Suggestions included relaxing penalties on building construction, simplifying resolution processes for pending cases, allowing installment payment facilities, and providing a grace period as per the rules.

Additionally, the committee issued specific directives regarding urban affairs:

• Urban Service Campaign: Accelerate the distribution of leases (Pattas) and other benefits under the ongoing urban campaign.
• Pending Cases: Expedite the resolution of long-pending issues to provide maximum relief to citizens using available legal provisions.
• Transparent Taxation: While reviewing matters related to urban taxation and fee assessment, the committee ordered the drafting of proposals to develop a highly transparent and practical taxation system, ensuring strict adherence to eligibility criteria.
