To ensure the proposed legislation is comprehensive, balanced, and practically viable, the committee will prioritize organizing division-level public dialogues. This will allow the panel to gather direct feedback and perspectives from citizens, social organizations, and various stakeholders. Furthermore, an official website will be launched, enabling any resident of Rajasthan to submit their valuable suggestions or objections directly to the panel online.

Key Legal Transformations Under the Proposed UCC

The primary goal of the Uniform Civil Code is to override fragmented personal laws based on religion or community and establish a uniform code for social and familial matters such as marriage, divorce, adoption, and inheritance.
