It is noteworthy that on November 13, 2024, in the village of Samrawata in Tonk district, independent candidate Naresh Meena slapped Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Amit Chaudhary. Naresh Meena’s lawyer, Fatehram Meena, stated that previously, two bail applications had been rejected by the High Court. The first application was dismissed on February 14, and the second on May 30. However, now, Justice Praveer Bhatnagar’s court has accepted his third bail application, granting him relief.Still, after the examination of some legal procedures and documents, the path for Naresh Meena’s release from jail will be clearer.
