<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Jaipur.</strong> In a continuous effort to ensure the swift resolution of public grievances and bring complete transparency to governance, the Rajasthan government is taking robust measures. As part of this initiative, Chief Secretary Mr. V. Srinivas conducted a surprise inspection of the Rajasthan Sampark Portal (181) Call Center on Friday, June 26. During his visit, he extensively reviewed the technological upgrades being implemented under &#8216;Rajasthan Sampark 2.0&#8217; and emphasized the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make the grievance redressal system smarter, faster, and more effective.</p>

He inquired about the administrative actions taken by various departments and the exact assistance provided to the victims.
