Demonstrating a strong commitment to the welfare of farmers and the optimal management of water resources, the Rajasthan government is taking decisive steps. In line with this, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma chaired a crucial high-level review meeting on Saturday regarding the stakeholders of the ‘Panchana Dam’ at his official residence in Jaipur.

The primary objective of this meeting was to deliberate on the ongoing issues surrounding the Panchana Dam and to formulate a permanent, effective solution. During the comprehensive discussions with top officials, the Chief Minister issued strict directives to ensure time-bound action, aiming to provide immediate and lasting relief to the region’s farmers.

Lift Irrigation to Supply Water to High-Altitude Areas

During the review meeting, Chief Minister Sharma clearly instructed that all necessary repair and improvement works at the Panchana Dam must be completed on priority. Furthermore, he directed officials to ensure that the ongoing lift irrigation schemes are finished within the stipulated timeframe. The government’s vision is to ensure that the actual benefits of these projects reach the farmers, enabling adequate water supply for agriculture and irrigation even in high-altitude and difficult terrains.

Commitment to Farmers’ Interests and Inter-Departmental Coordination

The Chief Minister reassured that the state government is fully committed to protecting the interests of farmers, ensuring the proper management of water resources, and driving the balanced development of the entire region. He instructed all relevant departments to work in close coordination and harmony, ensuring that all decisions taken during the meeting are implemented effectively and within the set deadlines.

This crucial review meeting was attended by key state officials, including Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Additional Chief Secretary of the Water Resources Department Abhay Kumar, and Additional Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister’s Office Akhil Arora.

Conclusion: The review meeting chaired by the Chief Minister regarding the Panchana Dam is a significant and positive development for the farmers of the region. The timely completion of the lift irrigation projects and the strengthening of the dam infrastructure will not only boost the agricultural sector but also provide a permanent solution to the long-standing irrigation water crisis in the area.

Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma has taken a firm stance regarding the ongoing rural and urban service camps (Seva Shivirs) across the state. In a high-level meeting held at his residence in Jaipur on Saturday, the Chief Minister issued clear instructions to officials, stating that the objective of these camps is not just to provide immediate relief, but to ensure permanent solutions to public grievances. He placed special emphasis on addressing issues related to road infrastructure, water supply, electricity, and healthcare with urgency.

Strict Action Against Negligence

During the meeting, the Chief Minister emphasized that the fundamental purpose of these service camps is to provide relief to the common man. He warned that any negligence on the part of officials at any level will attract strict disciplinary action. To streamline the process, he has ordered the preparation of district-wise lists for both new and pending cases. Additionally, orders have been issued to prioritize the disposal of long-pending revenue matters, ensuring that villagers do not face unnecessary hardships.

‘VB-G Ram Ji’ Mission to Launch on July 1

A key highlight of the meeting was the implementation of the ‘Viksit Bharat-Guarantee for Employment & Livelihood Mission’ (Rural), known as the ‘VB-G Ram Ji’ scheme. The Chief Minister directed the relevant departments to complete all necessary preparations for the statewide launch of this mission, scheduled for July 1, 2026. He stated that this mission will serve as a cornerstone in realizing the vision of a ‘Developed Rajasthan-2047’.

Emphasis on Continuous Monitoring

The Chief Minister directed that the progress of all departments participating in the service camps must be monitored continuously. The state government aims to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach the last person in the queue through these camps. The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, along with senior officials from the Urban Development, Local Self-Government, Revenue, and Rural Development & Panchayati Raj departments, who discussed finalizing the roadmap for the mission’s execution.

Conclusion: This meeting, chaired by Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, underscores the Rajasthan government’s commitment to good governance and transparent administration. The launch of the ‘VB-G Ram Ji’ mission on July 1, coupled with strict directives for the resolution of pending revenue cases, demonstrates the government’s serious resolve toward the state’s comprehensive development and the timely resolution of public grievances.

Karauli, Rajasthan : Women from the Jatav colony of Gram Panchayat Mamchari in Karauli district submitted a memorandum to the District Collector on Thursday, urging the administration to extend the Jal Jeevan Mission pipeline to their locality.

According to the residents, the colony has been facing a severe shortage of drinking water for several years. Due to the lack of a proper water supply, families are forced to travel long distances every day to collect water, creating significant hardship, especially for women.

Demand for Pipeline Through the Drainage Route

The villagers stated that if a water pipeline is laid through the drainage route passing near the Jatav colony, the area could be connected to the Jal Jeevan Mission network. They believe this would provide a permanent solution to the drinking water crisis and ensure a regular water supply to the residents.

Appeal for Immediate Action

Through the memorandum, the women requested the District Collector to direct the concerned department to carry out the pipeline work at the earliest. They expressed hope that timely action by the administration would help resolve the long-pending water problem and improve the living conditions of families in the colony.

Jaipur. July 4 is set to be a highly historic day for Rajasthan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Pachpadra in the Balotra district on July 4. During this highly anticipated visit, the Prime Minister will dedicate the ambitious ‘Pachpadra Refinery’ to the nation. Additionally, he will lay the foundation stone for ‘Jaipur Metro Phase-2’ and inaugurate various other development projects across the state.

On Wednesday, June 24, Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma chaired a high-level review meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence to assess the preparations for this proposed VVIP visit. He issued strict instructions to the officials to ensure the event is historic, well-coordinated, and flawless.

A Festival of Employment: Distribution of Appointment Letters

The Prime Minister’s visit will also bring a major gift for the youth of the state. Newly selected candidates for various government jobs will receive their official appointment letters directly from the Prime Minister.

Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized that receiving an appointment letter for government service is a moment of immense pride for any youth. Therefore, he directed that the occasion be celebrated like a festival:

Special programs must be organized in all districts to distribute appointment letters.

Events organized from the Gram Panchayat level up to the district level should be connected virtually to the main central ceremony.

Extensive participation of the youth, general public, and local public representatives must be ensured to make it a celebration of development, employment, and partnership.

Directives for Foolproof Security at the Refinery Premises

Highlighting the Pachpadra Refinery as a crucial pillar for the state’s industrial development, investment promotion, and employment generation, the Chief Minister issued strict directives regarding the event’s arrangements. He mandated that security standards at the refinery premises be elevated to the highest level. Effective monitoring systems must be in place, and there should be absolutely no shortcomings in parking, drinking water facilities, traffic management, and visitor seating arrangements.

Intensive Tree Plantation and Honoring the Workforce

This historic occasion will also integrate a strong message of environmental conservation. The Chief Minister directed the refinery management to:

Conduct an intensive tree plantation drive within the refinery premises during the event.

Spread awareness about fuel conservation and energy saving through the virtual programs being broadcast statewide.

Ensure the meaningful participation of the laborers in the main event, noting that the Prime Minister deeply respects labor and the workers who shed their sweat to build this monumental refinery.

(The high-level preparatory meeting was attended by Chief Secretary V. Srinivas, Director General of Police Rajiv Kumar Sharma, alongside senior officials from HRRL and various state departments. Furthermore, HPCL officials, Divisional Commissioners from all districts, Inspector Generals (IGs), and District Collectors joined the review meeting via video conferencing.)

Jaipur. In a bid to give a historic new direction to the industrial landscape and economic development of Rajasthan, the state government has accelerated its efforts. Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma chaired a crucial high-level review meeting regarding the progress and operations of the Pachpadra (Barmer) Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex at his official residence on Wednesday, June 24.

During the meeting, the Chief Minister closely reviewed the progress of various phases of the refinery and issued strict directives to officials and the HRRL management to bring it into full operation in a time-bound manner.

Making a major announcement, the Chief Minister stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will soon inaugurate the Pachpadra Refinery. He directed officials to ensure that all necessary infrastructural preparations are completed well in time to make the upcoming inauguration ceremony historic and unprecedented.

Rajasthan to Become a Strong Pillar of the Nation’s Energy Security

Addressing the meeting, CM Bhajanlal Sharma said that the Pachpadra Refinery project is going to be a major game-changer not just for Barmer or Marwar, but for the entire state of Rajasthan. Once this ambitious project hits the ground, it will establish Rajasthan as a strong and self-reliant pillar of the country’s energy security.

The Chief Minister emphasized that this refinery project will act as a ‘Growth Engine’ for the state’s economy. It will not only significantly increase the state’s revenue but also create lakhs of new direct and indirect employment opportunities locally. With the full commissioning of this complex, a vast network of petrochemical-based downstream industries will be established, giving a new dimension to the state’s industrial development.

Project Fast-Tracked Through CM’s ‘Micro-Monitoring’

During the review meeting, the top management of HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) highly praised the work style and vision of CM Bhajanlal Sharma. Management officials stated that the refinery’s work has progressed at an extraordinary pace and has been fast-tracked largely due to the continuous ‘micro-monitoring’ by the Chief Minister.

The management informed that officials from various state government departments and HRRL have worked with a strong team spirit. As a result of the Chief Minister’s continuous guidance, quick resolution of administrative hurdles, and encouragement, this massive refinery is fully ready for commercial operations and inauguration in a very short span of time. Currently, more than half a dozen main units of the refinery have started functioning smoothly, and the commercial production of several major petroleum and petrochemical products has successfully commenced.

Live Samples of Products Presented to the Chief Minister

On this historic occasion, senior officials of the HRRL management presented live samples of various petrochemical and refinery products produced from the operational units of the Pachpadra Refinery to Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma.

Additionally, a detailed architectural model of the vast complex was showcased. The management also presented a specially compiled booklet depicting the historic development journey, technical specifications, and key milestones of this ambitious, state-of-the-art project.

Dignitaries Present at the Meeting

Several senior officials associated with the state administration and policy-making were present at this high-profile review meeting, including:

Chief Secretary: Mr. V. Srinivas

Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office): Mr. Akhil Arora

Additional Chief Secretary (Mines and Petroleum Department): Mrs. Aparna Arora

Principal Secretary (Finance Department): Mr. Vaibhav Galriya

HRRL Management: Managing Director of the company along with other technical experts and senior officials.

Conclusion

The high-level meeting chaired by CM Bhajanlal Sharma regarding the Pachpadra Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex clearly demonstrates the state government’s commitment to presenting this project as an exemplar on the national map. The fact that more than half a dozen units are already live and product manufacturing has begun is solid proof that Rajasthan is rapidly transforming into a major petrochemical hub. The upcoming official inauguration by Prime Minister Modi will mark the beginning of a golden chapter in the economic history of Rajasthan.

Upon reaching the temple, the Chief Minister offered special prayers to Balaji Maharaj, accompanied by full traditional and Vedic rituals. During his visit, he prayed for the happiness, peace, and continuous prosperity of the people of the state.

₹50 Crore Sanctioned for the Rejuvenation of Sanganer Temples

Following his prayers at the Tripolia Balaji Temple, the Chief Minister announced a major gift for the Sanganer assembly constituency. He laid the foundation stone for grand development works worth ₹50 crore, aimed at the renovation and beautification of a total of 115 religious places in the area.

Under this massive development initiative, the major and historical centers of faith in Sanganer will undergo a complete transformation. The prominent temples that will see special restoration work primarily include the highly ancient Sanghiji Jain Temple and the Sanga Baba Temple. The completion of these projects will not only provide much-needed enhanced facilities to local devotees but is also expected to significantly boost religious tourism in the Sanganer region.

Dignitaries Present at the Foundation Stone Ceremony

Minister of State for Urban Development and Local Self Government (Independent Charge) Mr. Jhabar Singh Kharra was specially present alongside the Chief Minister during this dignified event. In addition to the ministers, other local public representatives, senior administrative officials, and a large gathering of enthusiastic devotees witnessed this historic moment.

Jaipur. In a unique initiative to shape the future of young children and connect them with early education through play, the Rajasthan government has launched a mega campaign. Organized by the Women and Child Development Department, this special drive is being conducted across all Anganwadi centers in the state for children aged 3 to 6 years. Running from June 24 to July 1, 2026, the campaign aims to ensure high-quality pre-school education at the grassroots level.

Sharing detailed insights, Vasudev Malawat, Director of Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS), stated that the main highlight of this community-driven campaign is the establishment of a “Toy Bank” (Khilona Bank) at every center. Alongside this, “Praveshotsav” (Enrollment Festival) to welcome new children and “Tree Plantation” drives to promote environmental conservation are being organized on a large scale. This step is expected to transform the environment of Anganwadi centers and significantly boost student enrollment.

Building ‘Toy Banks’ Through Public Participation

The success of this campaign relies heavily on public cooperation. According to the ICDS Director, from June 24 to June 30, Anganwadi workers and helpers will conduct intensive door-to-door surveys in their respective areas. During these visits, they will introduce local communities and parents to the concept of the “Toy Bank” and the benefits of early enrollment.

This seven-day outreach will map out children aged 3 to 6 years who have not yet registered with Anganwadi centers. Workers will counsel their parents and invite them to the main event on July 1.

A core objective of the drive is to recycle old, safe, and educational toys. Families whose children have grown up are being encouraged to voluntarily donate toys that are lying unused in their homes. These collected items will play a vital role in the physical, mental, and psychological development of toddlers. The department has set a practical target of collecting at least 10 to 20 safe toys at each Anganwadi center.

Mega Celebration on July 1: Registration and ‘Thank You’ Letters

The grand culmination of this special campaign will take place on July 1, 2026. At exactly 9:00 AM, “Toy Banks” will be inaugurated simultaneously across all Anganwadi centers in Rajasthan. Concurrently, the “Praveshotsav” drive will officially register new children into the system to begin their early childhood education.

To integrate this celebration with the community, local public representatives, departmental officers, Panchayati Raj members, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), parents, and children have been invited.

In a thoughtful move to encourage public philanthropy, the department will present an official “Letter of Appreciation” (Dhanyavad-Patra) to every citizen who contributes toys to the bank. Immediately following the conclusion of the main event, extensive tree plantation drives will be carried out within the Anganwadi premises and nearby public spaces to foster environmental awareness among children right from their infancy.

A Milestone for Holistic Child Development

Experts emphasize that early childhood is a phase of rapid cognitive growth. The playful learning environment provided by Anganvadi centers lays a strong foundation for a child’s academic journey. An innovative step like a “Toy Bank” will bridge the gap for children from rural and economically weaker backgrounds, granting them access to creative and modern educational toys. This will not only improve daily attendance but also substantially reduce early drop-out rates.

Conclusion

This multi-dimensional campaign by the Women and Child Development Department perfectly blends child welfare with environmental responsibility in Rajasthan. Establishing toy banks through community sourcing and stream-lining new admissions will elevate government Anganwadis to compete effectively with private play-schools. Concluding the drive with a green footprint ensures the steady building of a healthier, well-educated, and eco-conscious future generation.

Jaipur. With the onset of the monsoon season, the Rajasthan Medical and Health Department has shifted into high alert to combat the potential rise of waterborne and vector-borne illnesses. To review the state’s preparedness, Medical and Health Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Khinvsar chaired a high-level evaluation meeting at Swasthya Bhawan on Tuesday, June 23.

The comprehensive meeting focused on the prevention, control, and treatment strategies for seasonal spikes in dengue, malaria, scrub typhus, viral fevers, and other waterborne infections. Additionally, the minister reviewed the current status of fire and electrical safety audits across all government healthcare facilities to ensure a secure environment for patients and medical staff.

Minister Khinvsar strictly directed administrative and medical officers to ensure that there is no compromise in delivering timely and high-quality healthcare services to the public. He emphasized that the state government is fully committed to safeguarding public health throughout the monsoon period and expects seamless inter-departmental coordination.

Ensuring Adequate Stock of Medicines and Equipment

The Health Minister instructed all state-run hospitals to maintain a surplus stock of essential medicines, diagnostic kits, beds, medical oxygen, and critical life-saving equipment. He ordered that adequate medical personnel must be available 24/7 across all shifts.

To manage emergencies effectively, the administration has been directed to strengthen the rapid response mechanism and ensure that district-level control rooms operate at maximum efficiency to track localized outbreaks.

District-Wise High-Alert Zones

Based on recent epidemiological trends, the Health Minister identified specific sensitive districts requiring localized containment strategies and rigorous monitoring:

Dengue Interventions: High vigilance ordered in Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Udaipur, and Sawai Madhopur.

Malaria Control: Intensive anti-larval operations directed in Pratapgarh, Salumber, Barmer, Udaipur, and Banswara.

Scrub Typhus Prevention: Focused monitoring mandated in Kota, Bundi, Baran, Jaipur, and Jhalawar.

Local municipal bodies and health teams have been instructed to carry out extensive fogging, source reduction, and anti-larva activities in these high-risk areas while ensuring the supply of clean drinking water.

Prioritizing Patient Safety: Fire and Electrical Audits

Shifting the focus to infrastructure safety, Minister Khinvsar reviewed the division-wise progress of electrical and fire safety audits in all government medical institutions. He stated that the safety of patients, their attendants, and healthcare workers remains the top priority of the administration.

To mitigate hazards like short-circuits, the minister mandated regular inspections of electrical wiring, panel boards, and heavy equipment. Furthermore, all hospitals must ensure that fire extinguishers, alarm systems, emergency exits, and hydrant systems are fully operational. Regular mock drills will be conducted to train hospital staff in disaster management, and compliance reports must be submitted progressively to rectify any infrastructure loopholes.

Conclusion

This high-level review highlights the Rajasthan government’s proactive dual approach to managing public health during the monsoon. By reinforcing grassroots containment measures against vector-borne diseases like dengue and malaria, while simultaneously enforcing strict structural safety audits in public hospitals, the state is actively working to minimize both health and operational risks this season.

(The meeting was attended by Commissioner of Medical Education Mr. Babulal Goyal, NHM Additional Mission Director and Director IEC Dr. T. Shubhamangala, Director of Public Health Dr. Ravi Prakash Sharma, Director of RCH Dr. Madhu Rateshwar, along with principals of medical colleges, hospital superintendents, and Chief Medical and Health Officers (CMHOs) via video conferencing.)

Jaipur. To ensure the prompt and effective resolution of public grievances, strict administrative monitoring is being carried out across Rajasthan. In line with this, Employment Guarantee Scheme (EGS) Commissioner Mrs. Pushpa Satyani conducted a sudden inspection of the ‘Rajasthan Sampark Portal (181)’ call center in Jaipur on Tuesday. During her visit, she meticulously reviewed the current status of department-related complaints and their disposal.

While inspecting the call center, the EGS Commissioner directly interacted with the complainants over the phone to gather firsthand feedback. She issued clear instructions to the officials, emphasizing that every complaint registered on the portal must be resolved in a high-quality and time-bound manner. Addressing problems on a priority basis, she noted, will further strengthen the public’s trust in the government system and public services.

Over 69,000 Complaints Successfully Resolved

During the review, Mrs. Satyani shared statistical insights regarding the Employment Guarantee Scheme department. She informed that a total of 71,964 complaints related to the department have been received on the Rajasthan Sampark Portal so far. Out of these, a massive 69,164 grievances have already been successfully resolved.

According to the official data, the department is taking an average of 14 days to resolve a complaint. Thanks to this swift action, the complainant satisfaction rate on the portal has been recorded at a positive 72.88 percent.

Complainants Share Their Ground Reality on Phone

Present at the call center, the Commissioner spoke via telephone to complainants from various districts to understand the ground reality. During the conversation, Pintu from Bhilwara, Mahipal from Banswara, and Sunita from Kota shared that they were facing difficulties in getting their job cards issued. However, within a few days of registering a complaint on 181, their issues were permanently resolved.

Similarly, Kanji Meena from Sawai Madhopur and Dharmaraj from Jhalawar expressed their satisfaction regarding the timely disposal of their grievances and appreciated this proactive initiative by the state government.

Conclusion

Following the directives of Chief Minister Mr. Bhajanlal Sharma, the administration’s proactiveness regarding public grievance redressal has significantly increased in the state. The Chief Minister has mandated that secretaries of all departments must visit the ‘Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181’ control room on designated dates to communicate directly with the complainants. The EGS Commissioner’s inspection was a part of this very system, through which common citizens are availing swift benefits of government services by registering their complaints right from their homes.

Jaipur. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, the Rajasthan government is continuously taking major policy decisions to ensure the all-round development of the state, expansion of public amenities, and institutional strengthening. In line with this, a crucial meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee regarding land allocation cases was held at the State Secretariat on Tuesday.

The high-level meeting, chaired by Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa, featured comprehensive and positive discussions on important land allocation proposals concerning major cities, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Udaipur. The primary objective is to allocate land at concessional rates for establishing public interest initiatives, higher education institutions, healthcare facilities, social welfare projects, and industrial centers.

The meeting was attended by key state officials, including Medical and Health Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh, Education Minister Mr. Madan Dilawar, Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Mr. Avinash Gehlot, and Minister of State for Urban Development and Housing (Independent Charge) Mr. Jhabar Singh Kharra, along with senior bureaucrats from the respective departments.

Prioritizing Public Interest and Social Welfare

During the meeting, the committee meticulously reviewed various points related to the expansion of education, health, social welfare, and urban infrastructure. The sub-committee directed officials to ensure necessary actions are taken promptly for eligible cases as per the rules. A consensus was reached to prioritize land allocation cases for institutions associated with educational and social causes.

Focus on Healthcare Expansion and Government Schemes

Placing a strong emphasis on the healthcare sector, the committee reviewed proposals aimed at expanding specialized medical facilities and providing better treatment options to the general public. The committee issued strict instructions to institutions benefiting from the state government to ensure that the maximum benefits of public welfare schemes reach the citizens. Furthermore, directives were given for the effective implementation of state-backed medical assistance programs like the ‘Maa’ and ‘RGHS’ schemes in these health institutions.

Directives for Urban Development and Transparent Taxation

On the front of urban development and citizen amenities, the committee held positive discussions on providing relief to industrial and trade organizations. Suggestions included relaxing penalties on building construction, simplifying resolution processes for pending cases, allowing installment payment facilities, and providing a grace period as per the rules.

Additionally, the committee issued specific directives regarding urban affairs:

Urban Service Campaign: Accelerate the distribution of leases (Pattas) and other benefits under the ongoing urban campaign.

Pending Cases: Expedite the resolution of long-pending issues to provide maximum relief to citizens using available legal provisions.

Transparent Taxation: While reviewing matters related to urban taxation and fee assessment, the committee ordered the drafting of proposals to develop a highly transparent and practical taxation system, ensuring strict adherence to eligibility criteria.

Conclusion

Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa reiterated that the state government is fully committed to bolstering education, health, social development, and urban infrastructure across Rajasthan. The strategic and timely decisions regarding land allocation for various institutional and public utility projects will not only accelerate development works but also ensure that the citizens receive enhanced and modern facilities in a time-bound manner.
