Stay Clear of Rumors: Exam to Follow the Original Pattern

The NTA has strictly dismissed a fraudulent notification circulating on social media which falsely claimed a revision in the examination pattern. The apex agency clarified that the re-test will follow the original standard blueprint: a total of 180 multiple-choice questions across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, carrying a maximum score of 720 marks. The marking scheme awards +4 marks for every correct choice and penalizes -1 mark for incorrect responses. The Ministry of Education has urged students to remain focused on their preparation, warning that any elements attempting to disrupt the seamless conduct of the national exam will face strict legal actions under the full force of law.
