National Seminar at Ladakh University: Brainstorming on Indian Philosophy

Expressing deep concern over rising global terrorism, the Assembly Speaker warned that it is a threat to the very existence of all humanity, not just one nation or society. Eradicating it requires strong political will, mutual trust, and global cooperation. Recalling Swami Vivekananda’s historic 1893 Chicago address, he noted that the greeting “Brothers and Sisters” was indeed a powerful clarion call for universal brotherhood.

Furthermore, he described ‘Yoga’ as India’s invaluable heritage and gift to the world.
