When she did not return, her husband filed a missing person report at the Langra police station on September 27th. Police were searching for them when they received information on Wednesday that the bodies of a woman and a young man were lying in the Kumrawat Pura forest. Langra police station police arrived at the scene and brought both bodies to Langra Hospital.

Station Officer Lal Bahadur Meena stated that both bodies have been sent for post-mortem examination and the process of handing them over to the family is underway.
