Data Collection Across 2,762 Blocks

Enumerators and supervisors have been deployed across 2,762 census blocks in the district. Their primary responsibilities include preparing layout maps, marking house numbers, and collecting detailed information from families. The survey covers 33 critical parameters, including:

• Availability of basic household amenities.
• Total number of family members.
• Number of married couples.
• Materials used in house construction.

All gathered data is being recorded online through the official HLO App.

Official Inspection Details

Senior administrative officials conducted field inspections to verify the work being performed:

• Friday Inspections: Deputy District Census Officer Mukesh Kumar inspected field operations in Karauli block (Kalyani, Kailadevi) and Mandrayal block (Langra, Garhi ka Gaon, and Batda).
• Saturday Inspections: The review continued in Shri Mahavirji block (Chandan Gaon, Kaudiyan) and Nadauti block (Kamla, Kamri City, and Bagor).

During these visits, Assistant Director Vishal Garg and District Coordinator Himanshu Goyal reviewed the field-level progress and provided necessary guidance to the enumerators.

Emphasis on Accountability and Precision

During the inspections, it was noted that in several locations, supervisors were not providing the necessary support to the enumerators. Addressing this, the officials issued strict instructions, mandating that all supervisors remain actively present in the field and perform their duties with full responsibility. The administration has emphasized that the census is a matter of national importance, and the work must be completed in a time-bound, transparent, and error-free manner.
