Continuous oversight is essential to improve the state’s performance and eliminate any existing gaps in the system.

Emphasis on Active Helpdesk and Coordination

To resolve technical and practical bottlenecks hindering the smooth operation of the scheme, the Chief Secretary issued directives to make the State Level Integrated Helpdesk more active and responsive. He emphasized that any problems arising during the project’s rollout must be addressed and resolved immediately.

Furthermore, a comprehensive roadmap was laid out regarding technical requirements, future action plans, and mutual coordination among various departments. Mr. Srinivas urged all relevant departments to work collaboratively and review their tasks on a regular basis.
