The actress accused Haryanvi folk singer and director Uttar Kumar of rape during interrogation. She told that on June 24, she had given a complaint to register a rape case at Ghaziabad’s Shalimar Garden police station, but the FIR was not registered.

After this, she appealed to the High Court, then on the court’s order, the FIR was registered after 25 days. Even after the case was registered, the police did not take any action. Despite telling Uttar Kumar’s location several times, the police did nothing.
