Motwani worked for Abhinay Creation, Moti Chowk, Jodhpur, for 12 years. In 2023, shop owner Khanchand Bhagwani opened Abhinay Creation and Laxmi Textile in Kanti Nagar, Jaipur, and appointed Motwani to manage them with a salary of ₹22,000 per month.

Recently, due to poor sales, Bhagwani and his son Divyanshu allegedly withheld salary for months and mentally harassed Motwani.

Assault, Captivity, and Threats

On July 26, both accused allegedly shut the shops and assaulted Motwani near a field with punches and kicks. Locals intervened after hearing his cries. However, the accused took him back to the shop and confined him for three days.

Later, they put him on a train to Jodhpur and threatened to file false cases of theft and fraud if he reported the incident.

Motwani shared the ordeal with his family and filed a complaint at Mahamandir Police Station, Jodhpur. A zero FIR was registered and transferred to Jaipur’s Kotwali Police Station for further action.
