<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Taking forward the glorious tradition of public participation and social contribution in the field of education, the <strong>&#8217;30th State-Level Bhamashah Award Ceremony 2026&#8242;</strong> was grandly organized at the Birla Auditorium in Jaipur on Monday. During the event, more than 276 philanthropists (<em>Bhamashahs</em>), motivators, and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) donors were honored for their unparalleled contributions to the education sector. These donors collectively contributed ₹318 crore during the financial year 2025-26 to strengthen the state&#8217;s educational infrastructure. A special booklet titled <em>&#8216;Bhamashah Prashasti&#8217;</em> was also released on this occasion.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">&#8220;Dedication of Wealth to Society is its True Beauty&#8221;: Deputy CM</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Addressing the ceremony, Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa stated that the day is not merely about giving awards, but a celebration of our culture and soul. &#8220;The greatest beauty of wealth lies in its dedication to society,&#8221; he said. Describing Rajasthan as the land of both brave warriors and generous donors, he remarked that while earning wealth might be a skill, utilizing it for societal welfare is a symbol of greatness. He emphasized that Rajasthan will now be recognized not only for its historic forts but also for its schools and the progress of its daughters.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Special Cell for Bhamashahs: Education Minister</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Education Minister Madan Dilawar expressed his gratitude to the donors by recalling the historic sacrifices of Maharana Pratap and Bhamashah. He specifically thanked philanthropist Poonam Chand Rathi, whose financial support is aiding the construction of a Government Girls Military School in Jaimalsar, Bikaner.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Education Minister made several key announcements:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>A <strong>special cell</strong> is being established within the department to ensure transparency and resolve any issues faced by the <em>Bhamashahs</em>.</li>

<li>The School Management Committees (SMC) will now include <strong>two representatives of the Bhamashahs</strong>.</li>

<li>He assured the donors that every single penny of their contribution would be utilized strictly for the development of education.</li>
</ul>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Transparent Process for Strengthening Education</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Rajesh Yadav, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, highlighted the <em>Mukhyamantri Vidyadaan Kosh</em> and the <em>Gyan Sankalp Portal</em>, explaining that the entire process for accepting donations has been made highly simplified and transparent. Senior officials, including Mid-Day Meal Commissioner Vishwamohan Sharma and State Project Director Dr. Rashmi Sharma, were also present at the event.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Details of the Honors Bestowed</h2>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The donors were felicitated for their noble deeds, including the construction of new buildings in government schools, the provision of physical resources, and land donations. The breakdown of the awards is as follows:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Shiksha Vibhushan:</strong> Awarded to 49 Bhamashahs</li>

<li><strong>Shiksha Bhushan:</strong> Awarded to 105 Bhamashahs</li>

<li><strong>Prerak Samman (Motivator Award):</strong> Awarded to 99 individuals</li>

<li><strong>NRI Donors:</strong> 23 Non-Resident Indians were specially recognized for their contributions.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The 30th State-Level Bhamashah Award Ceremony stands as a testament to the dedication and awareness of Rajasthan&#8217;s society towards education. This massive contribution of ₹318 crore will undoubtedly prove to be a milestone in transforming the condition and direction of government schools across the state.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>JAIPUR/KOTA:</strong> The long-awaited anticipation of nearly 5 lakh teaching aspirants has finally come to an end. Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, has officially declared the results for the Rajasthan Pre-DElEd (BSTC) Examination 2026 today, Wednesday, June 10, 2026.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Candidates who appeared for this highly competitive state-level entrance exam can now access, view, and download their official <a href="https://www.missionkiawaaz.com/cuet-pg-result-2026-out-soon-download-scorecard" type="link" id="https://www.missionkiawaaz.com/cuet-pg-result-2026-out-soon-download-scorecard">scorecards</a> online. The result has been published on the dedicated examination portal. This exam serves as the foundational gateway for individuals aiming to secure admission into the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program, which is mandatory for becoming a primary school teacher (Classes 1 to 5) across government and private institutions in Rajasthan.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Rajasthan BSTC Result 2026: Key Statistical Overview</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">To provide a quick summary of this year&#8217;s examination data, the essential metrics have been structured in the reference table below:</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><thead><tr><td><strong>Examination Component</strong></td><td><strong>Official Data &amp; Details</strong></td></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Name of the Exam</strong></td><td>Rajasthan Pre-D.El.Ed. (BSTC) Entrance Exam 2026</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Conducting Authority</strong></td><td>Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Date of Examination</strong></td><td>May 20, 2026</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Provisional Answer Key Release</strong></td><td>Late May 2026</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Final Answer Key Published</strong></td><td>May 31, 2026</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Total Registered Applicants</strong></td><td>6,05,242 candidates</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Total Appeared Candidates</strong></td><td>4,97,178 candidates</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Total Available Seats Statewide</strong></td><td>Approximately 26,000 seats</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Result Declaration Date</strong></td><td>June 10, 2026</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Official Result Portal</strong></td><td><a href="https://predeledraj2026.com" type="link" id="https://predeledraj2026.com" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">predeledraj2026.com</a></td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Mandatory Minimum Qualifying Criteria</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Department of Elementary Education has set explicit minimum qualifying percentages that candidates must achieve in the entrance test to become eligible for the subsequent counseling rounds:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>General Category:</strong> Applicants must score a minimum of <strong>50% marks</strong> in aggregate.</li>

<li><strong>Reserved Categories (SC, ST, OBC, MBC, PwBD, Widows, and Divorcee Women):</strong> Applicants must secure a minimum of <strong>45% marks</strong> in aggregate.</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Note: Achieving the minimum qualifying marks guarantees eligibility for counseling registration but does not automatically ensure seat allocation, which is governed strictly by comparative merit and choices filled.</em></p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Category-Wise Expected Cut-Off Marks</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">While the official cut-off list will be dynamic and revealed incrementally during successive seat allocation rounds, structural trends from preceding academic sessions indicate that the expected cut-off ranges for top-tier training institutes will likely settle within these brackets:</p>

<figure class="wp-block-table"><table class="has-fixed-layout"><thead><tr><td><strong>Candidate Category</strong></td><td><strong>Expected Cut-Off Range (Out of 600)</strong></td></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>General / Unreserved</strong></td><td>400 &#8211; 430 Marks</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Other Backward Classes (OBC)</strong></td><td>390 &#8211; 420 Marks</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Economically Weaker Sections (EWS)</strong></td><td>385 &#8211; 415 Marks</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Most Backward Classes (MBC)</strong></td><td>380 &#8211; 410 Marks</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Scheduled Castes (SC)</strong></td><td>340 &#8211; 370 Marks</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Scheduled Tribes (ST)</strong></td><td>330 &#8211; 360 Marks</td></tr></tbody></table></figure>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Step-by-Step Guide to Download the BSTC Scorecard</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>Rajasthan News:</strong> The Rajasthan government has decided to merge 302 government schools across the state to strengthen and make the education system more effective. <strong>Education Minister Madan Dilawar </strong>stated that this process will include 155 higher secondary and 157 primary schools. Of these, 109 schools currently have no students enrolled.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The minister stated that many schools were opened in past years without any concrete requirements or criteria, leading to the dissipation and misuse of resources. These schools will now be merged with nearby schools to ensure proper utilization of teachers, buildings, and other facilities.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Education Department stated that there are plans to merge 312 schools in areas where several government schools already exist with nearby schools. A survey is currently underway for this purpose, which is expected to be completed by the beginning of next year. The department states that special care will be taken to ensure that students do not have to travel long distances.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Additionally, a &#8220;staffing pattern process&#8221; is being implemented to balance the teacher-student ratio in the state&#8217;s 18,157 higher secondary schools. This initiative will assess the actual teacher needs in each school. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">New appointments will be made in schools with teacher shortages, while schools with excess teachers will be transferred to other schools in need.</p>
