The meeting was presided over by retired officer Phool Singh Guruji, with stage coordination by Satyaveer Kumar Gagar. Retired District Education Officer Tara Chand Jatav stated that this year’s felicitation ceremony will honor students who scored more than 85% marks in Class 10 and 12, as well as candidates who cleared IIT, NEET, and other competitive exams.

Discipline and proper planning were emphasized for the successful execution of the event. Madan Mohan Bhaskar informed that the detailed blueprint of the ceremony will be presented in writing and discussed in the upcoming meeting. On June 22, the event date, location, and organizing committee will be officially finalized.
