New Delhi, June 6, 2026:
Hundreds of students and young aspirants gathered at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Saturday to raise concerns over alleged irregularities in the NEET UG examination process. The demonstration was organized by the youth-led movement known as the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), founded by Abhijeet Dipke, and focused on issues related to examination transparency and accountability.

Participants from different parts of the country joined the gathering, carrying placards and voicing demands for a fair and credible examination system. Protesters called for a thorough investigation into allegations surrounding examination-related lapses and urged authorities to take corrective measures to restore confidence among students.

The protest remained largely peaceful, with organizers emphasizing democratic and non-violent methods of expressing concerns. Security personnel were deployed around the venue to ensure public order and manage the movement of participants throughout the day.

Abhijeet Dipke, who recently returned to India to participate in the event, stated that the movement aims to highlight issues affecting students and job aspirants across the country. The campaign has gained significant attention online in recent weeks, attracting support from young people concerned about examination fairness and opportunities in education and employment.

Social activist Sonam Wangchuk also expressed support for students raising their concerns through peaceful means. Organizers said the demonstration was intended to encourage discussion on reforms that could strengthen trust in national-level examinations.

As the event concluded, participants reiterated their call for transparency, accountability, and stronger safeguards in the conduct of competitive examinations. Authorities have not announced any immediate action related to the demands raised during the protest.
