1. Elections will be held ahead of schedule: The term of the Bihar Legislative Assembly ends on November 22, 2025. The Election Commission will conduct the elections before that time.

2. Election strategy prepared:The Commission has met with state officials and formulated a comprehensive strategy. All preparations have been completed.

3.Started in Bhojpuri, called voting a festival: Speaking to the voters of Bihar in Bhojpuri, Gyanesh Kumar said that just as Chhath Puja is celebrated, voting should also be celebrated like a festival.

4.Special training for BLOs and booth agents: For the first time, 700 booth-level agents and 90,217 BLOs from across the country have received special training in Delhi. This process is being implemented for the first time in the Bihar elections.

5. Voter list update completed: The voter list correction process, which began on June 24, 2025, has been completed. Time was also given to add missing names.
