Launch of ‘Rajasthan Home Guards Priorities-2026’ and Modernization Push

During the meeting, Minister Babulal Kharadi released a special booklet titled ‘Rajasthan Home Guards Priorities-2026’, which outlines the department’s strategic roadmap and upcoming initiatives. He highly appreciated the technological advancements being integrated into the department’s operations.

Specifically, the Minister lauded the ‘Home Guard Deployment Management Software’, developed to ensure complete transparency in the deployment of urban home guards. He stated that digitized deployment eliminates bias, checks corruption, and ensures equal opportunities for all eligible volunteers, marking a revolutionary step in departmental reforms.

Directives for Fast-Track Recruitment and Pending Financial Clearances

Reiterating his commitment to keeping the interests of Home Guard volunteers at the forefront, the Minister directed administrative officials to take immediate action on several key areas:

• Expediting Enrollment: Launch the recruitment process at the earliest to fill long-standing vacant positions for volunteers within the department.
• Strengthening the Welfare Fund: Swiftly resolve matters related to the departmental welfare fund to provide timely financial assistance to volunteers and their families in times of need.
• Daily Allowance and Pending Proposals: Approve all pending proposals regarding daily allowances and other financial benefits within a strict time frame.

Addressing the officials, Shri Babulal Kharadi praised the resilience of the Home Guards and highlighted their invaluable contribution to society.
