Rajsamand: RK District Hospital gets National Quality Certificate

Rajsamand, Rajasthan – R.K. Government District Hospital Rajsamand has received the National Quality Certificate. Collector Arun Kumar Hasija honored Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rajak and his team by presenting this certificate.

Additional District Collector Naresh Bunkar was also present when Hasija presented the National Quality Certificate to R.K. Government District Hospital Rajsamand.R.K. Government District Hospital Rajsamand has been certified in all three schemes – NQAS, Lakshya, Muskaan in the year 2024-25 and has come first in Eco-Friendly.

Due to this, the hospital will receive an incentive amount of Rs. 2523809 from NQAS and Rs. 12 lakh from Muskaan every year for three consecutive years. Rs. 10 lakh has been received from Eco-Friendly.

Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rajak stated that following a survey by a state-level team, the National Health System Resource Center (NHSRC) designated national teams for NQAS, Muskan, and Lakshya conducted three-day checkpoint inspections of 18 departments in NQAS, four pediatric and neonatal departments in Muskan, and two labor and maternity OT departments in Lakshya.

After a thorough inspection of 1,800 checkpoints, the RK District Hospital, Rajsamand, received the distinction of being National Quality Certified with 88.66 percent points in National Quality Assurance, 86.73 percent in Muskan, 88.33 percent and 75.23 percent in Lakshya, respectively. It also achieved first place in the Eco-Friendly Scheme, achieving 99.4 percent points.

In addition to these initiatives, Dr. Ramesh Kumar Rajak stated that, as an innovation in providing quality services, the hospital is likely the first district hospital to allow patients to receive all laboratory test reports on their mobile phones by scanning a QR code at home.

It should be noted that this hospital has been National Quality Certified for the third time and has previously received the first prize of Rs 50 lakh each in the field of cleanliness and rejuvenation twice.
