Childhood and Early Music Education
She began her musical training at home at the age of four. Her first guru was her grandfather, who taught her the basics of classical music.For better education and musical training, the family settled in Dwarka, Delhi, where Maithili’s voice was further honed.
Early Recognition: From TV Reality Shows to Albums
Maithili’s talent first came to the fore on the big stage when she was given the opportunity to participate in Zee TV’s show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Little Champs in 2011.
Following this, she appeared on Indian Idol Junior in 2015 and released her first album in 2016 after winning the “I Genius Young Singing Star” competition.
In 2017, she was a finalist in the first season of the reality show Rising Star. With his rendition of “Om Namah Shivay,” he won hearts nationwide, and his popularity on social media increased exponentially.

Between 2019 and 2022, Maithili folk songs and bhajans went viral on Facebook and YouTube.
