Jaipur Cab Strike Ends After 7 Days, Government Promises Action in 10 Days

After a week-long strike, cab drivers in Jaipur have resumed services starting Monday. The protest was led by the Krantikari Taxi Association, whose state president Sanjay Singh Ratnu stated that a memorandum was submitted to the CM office. In response, the Transport Secretary was instructed to resolve the drivers’ demands within 10 days.

The strike is temporarily suspended until June 18, allowing drivers to work and ease their financial stress. However, protest efforts will continue at the leadership level, and further plans will be made if no action is taken by the deadline.
