Indian Air Force informed

The Indian Air Force confirmed the accident in a tweet, saying,

“An Indian Tejas fighter aircraft crashed at the Dubai Air Show today. Unfortunately, the pilot died. The Indian Air Force deeply mourns this irreparable loss and stands with the bereaved family. A Court of Inquiry is being set up to investigate the cause of the accident.”

According to the international news agency AP, black smoke was seen rising above Al Maktoum International Airport at Dubai World Central. The incident occurred during the air show in front of hundreds of spectators. Sirens blared, creating a tense atmosphere throughout the area.
